 North America has the high heart disease rate in the world for a reason - one third of our population is obese! And its hard to say that we try and do nothing to change that, but in reality we live in one of the laziest continents, and find it to easy to simply go to a convenient fast food restaurant and than go home and sit down after our 'long day.'
